Job summary

Econolite, a leader in ITS solutions, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full recruitment lifecycle in a remote capacity. You will partner with hiring managers, build robust pipelines, and drive evidence-based recruiting across technical, manufacturing, and leadership roles.

The role emphasizes candidate experience, stakeholder management, and the use of data to inform hiring decisions. Compensation includes a base salary and benefits; expect collaboration across a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Five to eight years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across technical, engineering, professional, operational, manufacturing, corporate, or leadership functions.
• Ability to identify and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing and referrals.
• Strong consultative and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent interviewing, negotiation, written communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and recruiting-reporting platforms.
• Ability to use recruiting metrics and talent-market data to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment—from intake to offer for technical, professional, operational, manufacturing, and leadership roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate workforce needs into targeted recruiting plans.
• Develop compelling job postings and source candidates through diverse channels.
• Build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for current openings and future needs.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates against role requirements and values.
• Coordinate interviews and guide offer development and closing.
• Provide talent-market intelligence and compensation insights to hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure compliant recruiting practices.
• Track recruiting metrics to identify trends and improve performance.
• Represent Econolite at career fairs and industry events to strengthen the employer brand.
• Partner with teams to develop internship and early-career programs.
