Job summary

MITER Brands is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring leaders, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience across multiple Operations Centers. Remote work with travel to Harrisburg, Venice, or Tacoma is supported as needed.

Ideal candidates live near an Operations Center or are willing to travel; 4+ years of recruiting experience in corporate or manufacturing environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or manufacturing salaried roles.
• Experience using ATS and CRM platforms to manage pipelines and track candidate activity.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment strategy meetings to understand job requirements, success criteria, competencies, and culture fit.
• Advise hiring managers on talent availability, market trends, compensation insights, and recruitment best practices.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using multiple sourcing channels including ATS/CRM, job boards, referrals, social media, databases, cold outreach, and networking.
• Conduct behavioral and competency-based phone screens to evaluate skills, experience, and alignment with organizational culture.
• Present top candidates with clear rationale, assessment summaries, and hiring recommendations.
