MITER Brands is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring leaders, and delivering top talent to support long-term workforce needs. You will leverage data, sourcing strategies, and market insights to influence decisions and provide a best-in-class candidate experience.

Qualified candidates should reside near an Operations Support Center (Harrisburg, PA; Venice, FL; or Tacoma, WA) or be able to travel between centers, with remote work possible.

Qualifications

• Strong sourcing skills using Boolean and semantic search.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tools.
• Ability to leverage market insights to influence decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment strategy meetings to understand role requirements and culture fit.
• Advise hiring managers on talent availability, market trends, and compensation.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using multiple sourcing channels.
• Conduct phone screens and behavioral evaluations.
• Present top candidates with clear rationale and recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain ATS documentation.
