NEI Electric Power Engineering is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring leaders, and drive data-driven hiring decisions.

The role involves sourcing, screening, and advising on market realities, with emphasis on candidate experience and collaboration across departments. This position supports both in-office Lakewood, CO and remote candidates nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or business-related field preferred but not required.
• 1–4 years of sourcing or recruiting experience required.
• Experience partnering with hiring leaders in a consultative capacity, not solely transactional recruiting.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear talent profiles balancing technical requirements and team dynamics.
• Strong judgement evaluating talent, synthesizing interview feedback, and guiding hiring leaders to informed decisions.
• Experience facilitating intake meetings, interview debriefs, and calibration discussions with hiring stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the candidate market, sourcing strategies, and Boolean search strings.
• Comfortable assessing must-haves vs nice-to-haves and advising leaders when adjustments are needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence; capable of building trust with candidates, hiring leaders, and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to deliver candid feedback and push back professionally when needed to protect quality, process, or candidate experience.
