Job summary

Stanley Martin Homes is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 100% remote role. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to understand ideal candidate profiles and sourcing through job boards, career fairs, LinkedIn, and more.

You will review resumes, prescreen candidates, coordinate interviews, and build ongoing talent pipelines with universities and associations while collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to meet evolving hiring needs.
