Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in recruitment/talent acquisition, with experience managing hiring processes and sourcing talent.
• Relationship management with clients and hiring managers
• Sourcing mindset to find talent beyond job postings
• Interest in using AI and modern tools to enhance recruiting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities
