Job summary

Stanley Martin Homes is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and attract top talent. You will partner with hiring managers to understand candidate profiles and craft sourcing strategies across job boards, career fairs, LinkedIn, and other avenues.

The day includes prescreening, interviewing coordination, and managing offers while building talent pipelines with universities and associations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and hire top talent.
• Source candidates via job boards, career fairs, LinkedIn and other avenues.
• Review resumes, conduct prescreens, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams; coordinate interviews and offers.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, schools, and associations to cultivate talent pipelines and participate in events.
