Stanley Martin Homes is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and career events. You will review resumes, prescreen, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams while coordinating interviews and offers.

A Day in the life
A day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Partner is centered around managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and hire top talent for Stanley Martin Homes. You’ll begin by partnering with hiring managers to understand their ideal candidate profiles and creating tailored strategies for sourcing candidates through job boards, career fairs, LinkedIn, and other avenues. Your day includes reviewing resumes, conducting prescreens, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring teams while coordinating interviews, facilitating debriefs, and managing offer processes. You’ll also build and maintain relationships with universities, schools, and associations to cultivate future talent pipelines and participate in events like open houses and career fairs. You will proactively identify and test innovative sourcing methodologies to refine and enhance recruitment processes. Throughout the day, you will monitor applications and collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to address evolving hiring needs. In doing so, you foster a positive, team-oriented environment while exemplifying and upholding Stanley Martin’s mission, vision, and values.
