Job summary

MM Coaching Limited is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the recruiting process from sourcing to offer. This role is fully remote and requires coordinating interviews with department leaders and maintaining candidate pipelines.

You will use structured scorecards, conduct first-touch calls, and build efficient hiring systems. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, strong Boolean sourcing, and excellent communication to represent the company

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions.
• Experience in online marketing, education, or coaching sectors preferred.
• Proficient in Boolean sourcing and structured interviews.

Responsibilities

• Source and pipeline top talent across departments.
• Coordinate interviews with department leaders and manage scheduling.
• Use scorecards to assess candidates and ensure fair evaluations.
• Develop offers and support negotiations and closing.
• Own onboarding and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
