Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Lead to drive global TA operations from a fully remote position. The role focuses on governance, analytics, and cross‑regional coordination across the US, Canada, EMEA, APAC, and more.

You will leverage Workday Recruiting, Power BI, and Alteryx to deliver actionable insights, improve planning accuracy, and standardize processes across regions while supporting business demand and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• 5–10+ years in Talent Acquisition operations, analytics, or recruiting.
• Hands-on recruiting with full-cycle workflows and stakeholder management.
• Proven global TA operations experience across multiple regions.
• Experience partnering across Canada, LAG, EMEA, APAC, and the U.S.
• Expertise in Workday Recruiting, Power BI, and Alteryx with dashboards and automation.
• Forecasting, velocity modeling, and recruiter capacity management in multi-region settings.
• Understanding TA performance drivers, change management, and process improvement.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence, planning rigor, and execution across the global TA function.
• Define and manage global TA KPIs, data governance, and reporting cadence.
• Build dashboards and reporting on hiring performance, funnel health, cycle times, and recruiter capacity.
• Lead workforce planning, demand forecasting, and resource allocation across regions.
• Lead velocity planning, scenario modeling, and capacity reviews for predictability.
• Standardize workflows, SOPs, and cross-regional compliance.
