Job summary

7Seventy is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage ATS administration, pipeline management, and candidate communications. You will coordinate interviews across time zones, support recruiters and hiring managers, and ensure accurate recruiting analytics while maintaining reliable records.

The role is remote in the United States, full-time, with flexible hours and mandatory availability 8:30 AM–10:00 AM PST.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in coordination, administration, or operations, ideally with recruitment or hiring support.
• Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) or similar recruiting software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to data quality in recruiting records.
• Professional-English communication across multiple time zones.
• Experience supporting hiring activities and candidate communications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, including pipeline and stages.
• Configure hiring rounds, workflows, and evaluator forms in the ATS.
• Publish job openings and distribute postings to boards and communities.
• Prepare recurring recruitment reports on pipeline metrics and time-to-hire.
• Coordinate candidate assessments, work tests, and interview logistics.
