Job summary

Index Analytics is seeking a Recruiter to act as a strategic talent advisor connecting the right people to the right opportunities across administrative and technical roles. You will partner with hiring leaders to identify, engage and attract top talent for a fast-paced environment.

You will own requisitions end-to-end, manage pipelines in ATS, lead intake meetings, source candidates, assess qualifications, coordinate interviews across time zones for a remote workforce and present offer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in HR, business or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience using applicants tracking systems (ATS) to manage pipelines and ensure compliance.
• Proven ability to assess talent and influence hiring decisions.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Represent Index professionally to candidates and act as an ambassador for the brand.
• Own assigned requisitions from intake through offer and start date.
• Lead intake conversations with hiring managers to define must-have qualifications and market expectations.
• Source, engage and build pipelines through direct outreach, referrals and job boards.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate fit with position requirements.
• Coordinate interviews across stakeholders and time zones for a remote workforce.
• Advise on interviewing best practices and candidate engagement to improve outcomes.
• Prepare compelling offer recommendations within compensation guidelines.
