The role partners with Talent Acquisition, Operations and Leadership to forecast demand, optimize processes, and enable data-backed decision making. A strong analytical background in recruitment metrics is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data-driven recruitment analytics initiatives.
• Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and funnel management.
• Familiarity with ATS data integrity and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage dashboards tracking key recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, recruiter productivity).
• Provide weekly/monthly hiring performance reports to stakeholders.
• Analyze hiring funnel performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Ensure data integrity across ATS and HR systems.
