Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment strategies for Sales, Product, Brand, and Marketing, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and hiring managers to forecast workforce needs and craft sourcing programs.

You will guide best practices, manage top talent through the interview process, and continuously improve metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience supporting Sales, Product, Manufacturing and Operations in a Corporate environment.
• Proven track record of successfully filling mid-to-senior level roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies, preferably Workday.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with a high requisition volume.

• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to hiring managers with strong business acumen and culture alignment.
• Create robust search strategies to identify and deliver the right talent for critical roles.

• Educate stakeholders on market dynamics and alternative sourcing strategies.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify improvements and drive efficiency.
• Negotiate complex offers for finalists and meet hiring goals.
