Stanley Black & Decker in Highland Heights, OH is seeking a Human Resources Manager to partner with manufacturing leadership, support about 150 employees, and drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.

You will lead organizational development, labor relations, talent management, training, and performance management while acting as a trusted advisor to leadership and ensuring continuous improvement and data-driven HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR; advanced degree or SHRM a plus.
• 7+ years HR experience with business partnering, coaching, and org development.
• Union experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and adaptability.
• Grit to win and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Highland Heights Manufacturing Leadership team as an on-site employee.
• Lead organization of HR initiatives for approx.150 employees.
• Strategize organizational development, talent management, labor relations, training & development, performance management, and other HR special projects.
• Report to the Sr. Director of Human Resources and design, execute, and continuously improve people initiatives and tactical processes.
• Serve as a business partner, trusted advisor, and activator across talent management, organizational design, matrix partnership, and development needs.
• Plan and execute corporate initiatives, programs, and projects, communicating effectively with all functional organizations.
• Act as a change agent, preparing employees for ongoing change and improving organizational efficiency.
• Lead strategy and implementation for process and HR data improvement initiatives, using HR data to standardize and automate solutions.
• Lead organizational design efforts that promote efficiency and collaboration.
