Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Lead for a fully remote role. You will join the Global Talent Acquisition Operations team, driving operational excellence, planning rigor, and governance across regions, partnering with TA leadership, HR, Finance, and IT to translate demand into scalable hiring operations.

You will leverage Workday Recruiting, Alteryx and Power BI to strengthen visibility, improve planning accuracy, standardize processes, and deliver actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations, recruiting analytics, workforce reporting, or People Analytics.
• Hands‑on recruiting with full‑cycle workflows and stakeholder management across regions.
• Proven success in global TA operations, including process improvement and governance.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence, planning rigor, and execution consistency across the global TA function.
• Provide governance on reporting, data, cadence, and workforce planning.
• Build dashboards and reporting on hiring performance, funnel health, and recruiter capacity.
• Partner with TA leadership, HR, Finance, and HRIS/IT to translate demand into scalable hiring plans.
• Lead velocity planning, forecasting, and recruiter capacity reviews to improve predictability.
