Job summary

InteLogix is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to own hiring across the US footprint, including remote programs. You will build and lead a recruiting team, set strategy, and partner with Operations, HR, Training, and Workforce Management to keep programs fully staffed on time.

This fast-paced BPO environment requires hands-on execution, event planning, and data-driven improvements. Travel about 25% to sites, client locations, and events.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience in a high-volume recruiting setting.
• BPO or contact center recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting strategy, execution, and results for all US sites and remote programs.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters so they hit targets.
• Set performance expectations and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee full recruiting lifecycle for high-volume agent hiring and handoffs to onboarding.
• Recruit for supervisors, team leads, support staff, and specialized operations roles.
• Lead hiring for new program launches, ramps, and site openings across multiple states.
• Plan and run hiring events, job fairs, and community partnerships across US markets.
• Forecast staffing needs and build hiring plans with Operations, HR, Training, and Workforce Management.
• Partner with clients as recruiting partner; report progress and set expectations.
