Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead Accelerating Functions and international teams. You will partner with senior executives and HR leaders to ensure talent strategies align with Bold 2030 goals and customer obsession.

You will mentor a diverse team of recruiters, drive end-to-end hiring, and deploy data-driven methods and AI-enabled tools to improve sourcing, speed, and candidate experience across in-country and global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-performing talent acquisition team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong executive presence and ability to craft data-backed narratives for senior audiences.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships across organizational boundaries and mobilize diverse teams.
• Demonstrated use of data and recruiting analytics to drive decisions and improve funnel performance.
• Experience leveraging AI tools in recruiting to increase productivity and improve outcomes.
