InteLogix is a leading provider delivering high-quality talent acquisition solutions across the US, including remote programs. The Talent Acquisition Manager will own the recruiting strategy, build and lead a team of recruiters, and collaborate with Operations, HR, Training, and Workforce Management to ensure staffing targets are met across all sites.

This role requires 3–5 years in high-volume recruiting, strong client-facing skills, and hands-on use of recruitment marketing and AI tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience in a high-volume recruiting setting.
• Experience leading a recruiting team.
• Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state hiring operations including remote hiring.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment marketing, programmatic job advertising, and text or chat-based recruiting tools.
• Comfort using AI in daily work, and a track record of finding, testing, and putting new recruiting technology into practice.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the US recruiting function across sites and remote programs.
• Own recruiting strategy, execution, and results for all US sites and remote programs.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters so they hit daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
• Forecast staffing needs with Operations, HR, Training, and Workforce Management.
• Plan and run hiring events, job fairs, and partnerships across US markets, virtual and in-person.
• Work directly with clients as a recruiting partner.
