InteLogix is a leading provider using cutting-edge tech to enhance customer experiences. The Talent Acquisition Manager will own US recruiting across sites and remote programs, building a strong team and driving staffing plans.

You will lead strategy, hands-on hiring, events, and partnerships while adopting AI tools to hire faster and smarter. Expect travel ~25% and a remote-first role across the US.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in high-volume talent acquisition.
• BPO or contact center recruiting experience.
• Experience leading a recruiting team.
• Multi-site or multi-state hiring operations including remote hiring.
• Experience launching new programs or site openings.
• Experience with recruitment marketing and AI tools.
• Client-facing with strong relationships and communication.
• Proven track record meeting aggressive hiring goals.
• Full recruiting pipeline management from intake to offer.
• Strong analytics with ATS data and recruitment reporting.
• Knowledge of US labor markets and sourcing channels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Resilience and adaptability; travel up to 25%.
• Hands-on Workday Recruiting experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the US recruiting function.
• Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle for high-volume hiring.
• Recruit for agent and non-agent roles.
• Lead hiring for new program launches and site openings.
• Plan and run hiring events, job fairs, and partnerships nationwide.
• Forecast staffing needs with cross-functional partners.
• Partner with clients as a recruiting advisor and manage expectations.
• Drive AI and recruitment marketing adoption; track KPIs.
• Ensure compliant, positive candidate experience and data integrity.
