You'll partner with HR and operations to align clinical hiring with growth goals while maintaining compliance and an exceptional employer brand. Remote position with occasional travel up to 20% and preference for West Coast, Colorado

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Talent Acquisition (healthcare preferred).
• Minimum 3 years leading a team of recruiters with direct oversight of performance and results.
• Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; combination with recruiting/relevant industry experience considered.
