Job summary

Thriveworks in the United States is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join our Clinical Talent Team. This remote role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers with experienced clinicians to staff our growing practice.

You will conduct 25–30 interviews weekly, manage candidate pipelines in WorkDay, and aim to fill 4–5 hires per recruiter each week. The position emphasizes independence, accuracy, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of recruiting experience; healthcare recruiting preferred.
• Experience with recruiting tools such as ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed.
• Experience with G Suite software.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates' resumes and verify qualifications.
• Identify high-priority openings and source candidates via job boards, networking and referrals.
• Conduct 25–30 interviews per week and determine best fit across Talk Therapy.
• Follow up and close on offers, then assist with onboarding.
• Utilize WorkDay ATS for real-time candidate tracking.
• Fill 4–5 TT hires per week per recruiter.
