SCAN is seeking a Clinical Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead high‑impact hiring across healthcare disciplines. This remote role supports Pacific time hours and collaborates with executives to align hiring strategies with organizational priorities.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years recruiting physicians, APPs, nurses, and support roles within a matrixed healthcare environment, with preference for Workday experience and AI-enabled recruiting tools.

Qualifications

5+ years of related experience recruiting for clinical roles in a healthcare environment.
Experience recruiting physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other healthcare support roles.
Experience with Workday.
Self-starter who performs work under minimal supervision.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to work Pacific time hours.

Responsibilities

Leads and refines recruitment strategies for complex and high-impact roles.
Serves as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders, guiding intake conversations.
Conducts advanced candidate assessments and provides informed recommendations.
Designs and calibrates interview strategies for complex or senior roles.
Oversees and troubleshoots complex interview coordination needs.
Leads synthesis of interview feedback and facilitates decision discussions.
Ensures accurate completion of pre Employment requirements.
Leads offer strategy for complex hires with People & Culture and Total Rewards.
Partners with People & Culture to translate workforce needs into hiring approaches.
Applies AI-enabled insights to improve pipeline quality and share best practices.
