Job summary

Areté Health is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead full‑cycle recruitment across our outpatient rehabilitation platform. You’ll partner with clinical and operational leaders to prioritize hiring and build pipelines for both current needs and future growth.

This is an active sourcing role with direct impact on staffing across multiple states. This role reports to the Director of People & Culture, is fully remote in the United States, and may require occasional travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for clinical, operational, administrative, and leadership roles.
• Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates via direct outreach, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current needs and future expansion.
• Partner with leaders to set recruiting priorities and drive timely hires.
• Leverage recruiting tech, automation, and AI to improve sourcing and workflow.
• Maintain recruiting activity in Rippling and track KPIs (outreach, pipeline, time‑to‑fill, hires).
• Develop relationships with education programs and industry organizations to expand networks.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
