Job summary

Health & Rehab Solutions (HRS) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (licensed PT) to manage the candidate pipeline for national, multi‑channel recruiting. You will own candidate experience and pipeline progression while final hiring decisions stay with partner clinic leadership.

Remote work location and a compensation package including base salary and placement bonuses supports 30–60 placements annually, with total annual pay ranging from about $85,500 to $96,000 depending on performance.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with at least 3 years of clinical experience (5+ years preferred).
• Experience with sourcing and recruiting within healthcare/private practice environments.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM workflows and multi-system candidate management.
• Experience using LinkedIn and email tools for outreach.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive candidate sourcing via job boards, networks, and events.
• Nurture relationships with students, residents, and clinicians for pipeline growth.
• Educate candidates on outpatient private practice career paths and opportunities.
• Plan and execute career fair strategy and post-event follow-up.
