Job summary

Velsera is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support hiring across the US and EMEA. This 6-month temporary role offers potential transition to a permanent position, reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition.

The candidate will coordinate interviews, manage ATS data, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve recruitment processes. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition support, strong organizational skills, and experience across time

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in recruitment coordination, administration, or talent acquisition support.
• Experience in recruitment agency operations and HR administration with recruitment exposure.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment ATS platforms.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working across different time zones and with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones with US and EMEA stakeholders.
• Support employer branding initiatives including careers pages and LinkedIn promotions.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
• Schedule interviews, feedback sessions, and hiring team meetings.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.
• Support offer generation, onboarding activities, and compliance processes.
