Job summary

Serval is seeking its first EMEA Talent Partner to build recruiting for the region from scratch. You’ll recruit across technical and go-to-market roles, partnering with the Head of Talent and regional hiring managers to shape the candidate journey in a market with no established presence yet.

This role requires recruiting for enterprise motions in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You’ll own outbound sourcing, build scalable interview loops, and influence how Serval presents itself to senior

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience hiring Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Implementation, or Customer Success roles.
• Experience recruiting for enterprise motions, not high-volume SMB or PLG hiring.
• Understanding of enterprise SaaS delivery and ability to assess real delivery experience.
• Data-driven mindset: using recruiting metrics to inform prioritization and process.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to convey Serval's mission to candidates.
• Based in or willing to work from our San Francisco HQ, 5 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute recruiting strategy for EMEA with emphasis on technical and go-to-market roles.
• Partner with Head of Talent and hiring managers to forecast headcount and define candidate profiles.
• Own candidate experience from first touch to offer, given senior and consultative pools.
• Develop scalable recruiting processes, interview loops, and scorecards where none exist.
• Drive outbound sourcing from enterprise delivery talent and partner ecosystems.
• Influence employer brand with Marketing to attract candidates with enterprise experience.
• Track metrics like pipeline velocity and time-to-hire to improve quality and speed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth handoffs from deal to delivery.
