Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition with international hiring.
• 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting methodologies and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.

Responsibilities

• Partner with LoB leaders to understand hiring needs and advise throughout hiring lifecycle.
• Own end-to-end recruitment activities: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Develop, review, and maintain accurate job descriptions.
• Post roles on job boards and platforms to maximize reach.
• Source candidates via diverse channels with emphasis on diversity.
• Screen and assess candidates via phone and video interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain recruitment data in ATS and track feedback.
• Prepare recruitment metrics and quarterly leadership insights.
• Review internal compensation frameworks for market alignment.
• Manage offers and onboarding documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and efficiency.
• Perform additional duties to support Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives.
