Peak Financial Planning, a fully remote financial planning firm, seeks a highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage recruiting logistics, onboarding handoffs, and candidate communications. Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on recruiting coordination or talent‑acquisition administration.
• Ability to coordinate multiple candidates and schedules with accurate records.
• Experience following screening criteria and escalating decisions as needed.
• Familiarity with candidate sourcing, approved outreach, and ATS usage is preferred.
• Experience with onboarding/offboarding paperwork and cross‑team handoffs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate approved searches from posting through onboarding handoff.
• Collect and organize job descriptions, screening criteria, interview materials, and owner information.
• Support candidate sourcing via approved boards, referrals, and outreach while maintaining candidate lists.
• Review applications against minimum requirements, arrange screens, and chase overdue steps.
• Manage inbound hiring outreach and provide timely updates to candidates and managers.
• Coordinate onboarding paperwork, welcome messages, and Day 1 readiness checks.
• Maintain Breezy records and track handoffs in HubSpot; report weekly on pipeline.
