Job summary

Peak Financial Planning seeks a meticulous Talent Acquisition Coordinator to own end-to-end recruiting coordination and people administration in a fully remote environment across the United States.

You’ll partner with leadership and hiring managers to collect role requirements, schedule interviews, manage candidate records in Breezy and HubSpot, oversee onboarding/offboarding, and keep calendars and documents organized.

Qualifications

• Hands-on recruiting coordination or substantial administrative hiring support experience.
• Ability to coordinate several candidates and schedules with accurate records.
• Experience following screening criteria and escalating decisions outside authority.
• Comfort supporting candidate research, job-board administration, referrals.
• Onboarding and offboarding paperwork management; confidential records.
• Experience with multi-state US hiring and HR processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate approved searches from posting to onboarding handoff.
• Collect job descriptions, screening criteria, interview materials, and owner information; flag missing decisions.
• Support candidate sourcing and keep candidate lists and source records organized.
• Review applications against minimum requirements; arrange screens and interviews; chase overdue steps.
• Manage inbound candidate outreach; provide timely updates and set expectations.
• Coordinate onboarding paperwork, communications, and 30/60/90-day check-ins.
• Maintain Breezy, HubSpot, Google Drive records; report weekly on active candidates.
