CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Talent Operations Coordinator for a 6-month engagement to support the Talent team globally.

You will handle offer requests in Workday, schedule interviews, and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and recruiters to ensure a smooth interview process. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR experience.
• Experience with calendaring and scheduling.
• Familiarity with Talent Operations tools (Workday, DocuSign, Candidate.FYI, ServiceNow).
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of offer requests using Workday ATS and act as point of contact for recruiters and candidates throughout the offer process.
• Coordinate and manage candidate interview scheduling and ensure all candidates have a positive interview experience by being their main contact.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up and communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Assist in management and optimization of recruitment systems and tools, reporting and analytics, new hire document collection and employee referrals.
• Create and update candidate profiles within Workday and ensure data integrity and confidential record-keeping.
• Assist with job creation and advertisement processes.
• Build relationships and collaborate across HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal, Operations and more.
• Provide timely resolution for first-level inquiries through our Talent Operations ticketing system.
• Serves as the subject matter expert for Talent processes and procedures guiding candidates and staff on required actions.
