Job summary

Procore is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator on a 6-month temporary contract to support our Talent Acquisition team. You will help manage a seamless interview process, partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers, and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in recruiting coordination, a keen eye for detail, and experience with scheduling tools and ATS platforms such as GoodTime and Workday.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar Recruiting role.
• Respect for confidential information.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Genuine curiosity about people, online networks, and technology.
• Intrinsic drive for success in a fast-growing environment.
• Team-oriented and optimistic by nature.
• Experience with scheduling software (GoodTime preferred).
• Experience with an ATS (Workday preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage candidate interview experience: schedule interviews across multiple time zones and keep candidates informed.
• Distribute relevant information to the hiring team.
• Develop a strong partnership with recruiters.
• Utilize ATS and scheduling tools to ensure an efficient interview process.
• Support special projects as needed.
