Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to ensure a high-touch candidate experience and strong marketplace branding. You will develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and build robust talent pipelines to deliver quality hires for engineering, technical, and manufacturing roles.

You will partner with hiring managers to create interview guides, manage communications, and provide recruitment updates. Occasional on-site interviews and campus recruiting are possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years recruiting experience for engineering/technical/manufacturing roles.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Indeed, groups, job boards, social media.
• Screen candidates by phone to build a strong quality pool.
• Manage candidate pipeline and disposition in ADP RM ATS.
• Partner with hiring teams to create competency-based interview guides.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and gather feedback from hiring managers.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews; participate in campus recruitment and events.
• Produce performance reports and metrics.
• May conduct on-site interviews.
