Job summary

Welltower is seeking a Software Trainer for the Yardi Senior product suite, delivering instructor-led and virtual sessions to diverse stakeholders. You will develop training materials, guide adoption, and provide ongoing support to maximize software utilization.

This remote role requires 3+ years of training SaaS platforms, strong LMS experience, and the ability to collaborate across teams to align training with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and communications skills.
• Demonstrable experience in designing and leading successful training programs.
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Delivers instructor-led and virtual training sessions on the Yardi Senior product suite, tailoring to stakeholder needs.
• Creates and maintains training resources (user guides, tutorials, video lessons, FAQs).
• Updates materials to reflect product changes and improvements.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Yardi Senior features and best practices.
• Organizes scheduling of training sessions for stakeholders and monitors attendance and progress.
• Collaborates with internal support teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure data accuracy.
