Job summary

YMP Real Estate Management, LLC is seeking a Yardi Trainer/Systems Specialist to implement, configure, and support the Yardi platform across the organization. You will bridge technology and operations as the SME for Yardi systems, workflows, and integrations.

Ideal candidates will combine deep Yardi product knowledge with the ability to design and deliver effective training programs for staff at all levels. This is a remote-friendly role with occasional travel for trainings and meetings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager (7S or higher).
• Experience in training, implementation, or systems support.Role requires strong understanding of property management operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for Yardi Voyager and related modules (RentCafe, Yardi Payments, Voyager Leasing).
• Design and deliver training programs for staff at all levels.
• Document SOPs for all Yardi-related processes and support month-end close readiness.
• Lead or support Yardi implementation projects and coordinate testing/go-live activities.
