Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group is seeking a Property Operations Trainer to develop and deliver training on Envolve policies, Yardi processes, and on-site operations. The role supports onboarding, reporting, budgeting, and compliance, with potential remote work from regional offices.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in property management, strong financial skills, and a background in Yardi, tax credits, HUD experience, and education that aligns with industry requirements.

Qualifications

• Three to Five years property management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Community Manager or other relevant experience.
• HCCP or comparable tax credit housing certification preferred.
• Tax Credit and HUD experience is a must. COS certification is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or comparable industry experience preferred.
• Experience in general and digital marketing preferred.
• Experience with Yardi property management software required.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops training materials for Yardi processes and procedures.
• Onboards Community Managers with a comprehensive review of handbooks and operations manuals.
• Oversees Aspire by Yardi online training program and future release features.
• Collaborates with vendor partners to implement new technology and maintains training processes.
• Performs audits and special projects on properties as requested.
