Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group is seeking a Property Operations Trainer to develop and deliver training on Envolve policies, Yardi processes, and on-site operations. Remote or regional office-based role with responsibilities spanning onboarding, reporting, compliance, and budgeting guidance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in property management, experience with Yardi, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Certification in Tax Credit/HUD preferred; willingness to travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in property management.
• Experience as Community Manager or similar role preferred.
• COS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Yardi-based training for Community Managers, Regional Managers, and Maintenance staff.
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing training on Envolve policies, reporting, and compliance.
• Lead training on accounting, budgeting, and financial statements.
• Monitor training effectiveness and update curricula with new software features.
• Collaborate with Operations and Marketing on new initiatives.
