Job summary

Greystar is seeking a diligent Help Desk Specialist to provide technical assistance for multiple software systems. You will troubleshoot, respond to user requests, and ensure satisfaction across internal and external users.

Collaboration with Accounting, Operations and Training will be essential to support software systems and training materials. Responsibilities include setting up new users during property takeovers, delivering reports and demonstrations, and coordinating with third-party

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to prepare and explain solutions to internal and external team members.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, internet, and database management programs to complete required reports and communications.
• Proficiency in OneSite property management software and related applications used by the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide help desk support for incoming queries by troubleshooting and resolving system problems.
• Respond to queries via internal helpdesk, email, phone, or in person; ensure user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations and Training to support software systems and training materials.
• Assist take-over and transition teams by setting up new users for systems access.
• Produce reports, demonstrate systems software, and participate in client/owner presentations.
