AvatarFleet LLC is seeking a Systems & Security Engineer to own day-to-day security administration and infrastructure operations in a fully remote setup. You will work with the CTO and software team to manage production Linux systems, AWS services, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring uptime, security controls, and audit readiness.

The role emphasizes patching, hardening, incident response, and collaboration across engineering to deliver secure, reliable infrastructure for our driver-focused platform.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on Linux systems administration in production.

Responsabilités

• Administer AWS resources (EC2, ECS, WAF, ALB, S3, EFS, IAM) and networking.
• Maintain Linux hosts, containers, and deployment pipelines; support CI/CD.
• Monitor, incident response, and reliability improvements; coordinate with engineers.
• Support Terraform, Ansible, AWS CLI, and scripting for provisioning and patching.
• Troubleshoot across Linux, AWS, networking, containers, and runtimes.
