Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Systems Engineer to provide Traffic Management System support across client projects. The role involves onsite and fully remote work, ensuring End Client products operate without interruption while performing upgrades, troubleshooting, and documenting procedures.

Responsibilities include client liaison, SLA-based triage, and training operations staff. The engineer will collaborate with PMs, DBAs, and QA teams in a 24x7x365 environment as part of a global services

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ITS devices such as traffic signals, cameras, dynamic signs and sensors.
• Experience with server OS, networks and topologies, plus remote access.

Responsibilities

• Respond to operational questions and issues via ticketing system or phone.
• Manage and triage issues per SLA and track through resolution.
• Resolve hardware, software, and communications issues with ITS devices.
• Configure software for traffic signals and ITS systems.
• Train agency staff on End Client platforms and features.
• Document network/system architecture and troubleshooting steps.
