Everforth Apex is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to provide advanced troubleshooting and operational support across critical technology platforms. You will coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to diagnose issues and drive reliable resolution.

The role emphasizes on-site collaboration in Celebration, FL, with responsibilities spanning incident triage, security remediation, testing, and ongoing platform optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of advanced troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to independently assess complex situations, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide vendor-based software support and serve as the technical point of contact for vendors, peers, and infrastructure operations partners.
• Triage incidents by identifying symptoms, determining ownership, and engaging appropriate teams for timely resolution.
• Apply security best practices and coordinate with vendors to implement controls and remediation.
• Support multiple levels of testing prior to upgrades or releases of infrastructure, software, and service-layer components.
• Perform daily operational activities to maintain platform availability, stability, and performance.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement tools and automation to improve platform administration and reliability.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes per policies.
• Contribute to project planning and execution for infrastructure updates and roadmap delivery.
• Proactively ensure compliance with applicable security standards.
• Create and maintain required system documentation.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
