Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems seeks an IT Product Administrator to coordinate product activities, document requirements, and support product operations. You will gather user needs, participate in design discussions, and track feedback to enable successful product delivery.

This role requires 3+ years in a related field, experience with Jira/Confluence/SharePoint, and strong communication. Remote work options are available, with potential for hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Product Administrator, Product Support, Product Operations, Application Support, or similar role.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence/SharePoint or similar platforms.
• Experience evaluating and responding to product or service support requests.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product-related activities, including administration and communication.
• Assist in defining product objectives, requirements, features, and success metrics.
• Log, track, and report on support requests and product feedback.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and product updates to stakeholders.
