Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Systems Engineer II to provide remote technical support for endpoint engineering, Microsoft 365 administration, and identity lifecycle management. You will support a broad IT team responsible for end-user computing infrastructure, with 8x5 coverage and overlap into US business hours.

Responsibilities include managing Intune and Jamf configurations, AD/Entra ID provisioning, incident response, and contributing to automation and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of related experience.
• Experience with endpoint management, M365 administration, and identity platforms.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work overlapping US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote 8x5 coverage for endpoint engineering and M365 admin.
• Handle Level 2 troubleshooting for OS, apps, and policy enforcement.
• Administer Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive workloads.
• Support AD/Entra ID provisioning in joiner-mover-leaver workflows.
• Monitor ITSM alerts, VDI operations, patch management, and endpoint security.
• Contribute to automation and maintain documentation for processes.
