Job summary

Astreya is seeking an experienced IT End User Support Specialist (L4) in New York to provide advanced onsite and remote technical support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. You will handle Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android devices, and collaboration platforms with a focus on high-quality service for executive leadership.

The role requires deep technical troubleshooting, on-going documentation, and collaboration with Security, Network, and Platform teams to deliver durable, scalable

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on IT End User Support in medium to large enterprises.
Experience supporting executive leadership and high-availability environments.
Strong ability to manage multiple channels (walk-ups, calls, chat, tickets) with great customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced on-site and remote end-user support for hardware, software, OS, networking, mobility, and collaboration tools across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues and conduct root‑cause analysis before escalation.
Coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, and Platform teams to implement permanent solutions and ensure high service levels.
