Job summary

Astreya understands the critical role of device management in modern IT environments. This Client Operations Support Engineer position supports the Device Management & Endpoint Security team, focusing on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android across Intune, Autopilot, Tanium, and more.

You’ll automate remediation with PowerShell, manage patching and baselines, and collaborate with Service Delivery to ensure secure, productive endpoints.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in endpoint management and device lifecycle.
• Experience with configuration management and policy-based control.
• Familiarity with patching, encryption, and device compliance.
• Understanding of DNS/DHCP/certificates and VPN basics.
• Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years related experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage endpoints across their full lifecycle on Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.
• Package, test, and deploy applications; manage patching and OS servicing.
• Monitor endpoint security controls and enforce data protection practices.
• Automate remediation with PowerShell and define validation plans.
• Support DMES ticket queue and coordinate with onsite engineers.
• Maintain CMDB and asset lifecycle accuracy; document processes.
