Job summary

Outcomes seeks a Jr. Systems Administrator to provide second and third-tier technical support and administer core infrastructure, including Active Directory, Intune policy, Windows Server, and Azure/Entra ID services, while aiding onboarding and asset management.

You will handle escalation, identity and cloud infrastructure tasks, endpoint lifecycle, scripting for automation, and documentation, with mentoring responsibilities for desktop staff and collaboration across IT teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency levels follow the Outcomes IT Skills and Competency Framework.
• Required: Windows and macOS desktop administration; Intune, Autopilot, imaging software incl. MDT and Endpoint Central.
• Required: Active Directory and Intune Policy; Windows Server administration.
• Required: Endpoint Security (EDR) and Patch Management.
• Soft skills: problem solving, documentation, communication, and timely ticket handling.

Responsibilities

• Escalation handling for complex system issues and AD/Intune troubleshooting.
• Identity, access and cloud infra management across Entra ID/Azure.
• Endpoint lifecycle support including imaging, patching, and asset records.
• Automation, documentation, and mentoring of junior staff.
