Atrium is seeking a Digital Experience & Endpoint Systems Engineer in New York City on a contract basis. The role combines advanced endpoint troubleshooting with hands-on systems administration across Windows and macOS environments.

You will monitor endpoint health with Nexthink or ControlUp, manage devices via Intune/SCCM/Jamf, and support Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and AD. Strong scripting in PowerShell and a proactive, collaborative approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT support, endpoint engineering, or sys admin experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting across Windows and macOS.
• Experience with Nexthink and/or ControlUp is required.
• Experience in systems administration or engineering beyond desktop support.
• Experience with endpoint management tools: Intune, SCCM/MECM, Jamf.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Strong deployment, patching, provisioning, and configuration knowledge.
• Root-cause analysis across hardware, software, and backend systems.
• PowerShell scripting and automation knowledge.
• Networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced Level 3 troubleshooting for Windows and macOS.
• Investigate hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
• Use Nexthink and/or ControlUp to monitor endpoint health and improve UX.
• Manage endpoints with Intune, SCCM/MECM, Jamf or similar.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and AD infrastructure.
• Configure device policies, deployments, patching, and provisioning.
• Conduct systems administration and engineering tasks and improvements.
• Assist with endpoint security, compliance, and lifecycle administration.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Service Desk teams to resolve issues.
• Identify recurring issues and drive reliability improvements.
