Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
3+ years in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst role focused on data products or data systems.
Experience with cross-functional teams including data engineers and product managers.
Knowledge of metadata management, data catalogs, and metadata tools.
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools; Jira expertise; familiarity with cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Agile teams and stakeholders to define and prioritize features and requirements.
Translate business requirements into user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria.
Support Agile ceremonies and delivery processes to ensure effective team execution.
Document workflows, data processes, and system requirements for delivery and product understanding.
Conduct data analysis to validate requirements and support decision-making.
Support data product lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation.
Partner with technical teams on data integration and data quality alignment.
Monitor usage and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
