Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a data and operations professional to support department initiatives remotely. You will collect and analyze data, conduct time studies, and act as a subject matter expert for practice operations, developing workflows and job aids.

You will manage multiple projects, train teammates on systems, and coordinate with providers and practice managers to meet organizational goals, with eligibility for remote work from many states.

Qualifications

• Data collection, review, and analysis for assigned projects.
• Time studies for process improvements and post-implementation comparison.
• Act as SME on practice operations and develop workflows.
• Document workflows and publish in an organized format.
• Use critical thinking to assess readiness for change and facilitate change management.
• Manage multiple projects and train teammates on systems and new functionality.
• Interact with providers, team members, and practice managers to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data related to assigned projects.
• Conducts time studies for various process improvement activities and compares performance prior to process changes and post implementation.
• Acts as a subject matter expert on certain aspects of practice operations as defined above in development of process workflows.
• Documents process workflows, develops job aids, documents process changes and publishes documents in an organized, disciplined format.
• Uses critical thinking skills to evaluate the current readiness for change and works to facilitate the change management process for all process and workflow changes for internal customers.
• Manages several projects at the same time.
• Trains teammates on various operational systems and/or new functionality through implementations as necessary.
• Interacts with providers, team members, and practice managers and implements stated organizational goals.
