Qualifications

• QA testing and data validation for benefit plans.
• Investigate data discrepancies and support root cause analysis.
• Validate system changes and configurations prior to implementation.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and production validation.
• Monitor deliverables and manage priorities to meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of Simplify Benefits1 and related business applications.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and operational processes.
• Maintain process documentation, validation procedures, and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor data integrity and support issue resolution across business systems.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Operations, Compliance, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders to support business initiatives.
